Epicenter was in Zarbdar district of Jizzakh region. Earthquake coordinates: 40.24 degrees north latitude; 68.31 degrees East. Magnitude M=3.1. Depth 15 km. The distance from the epicenter to Tashkent is 137 km in a southwestern direction.
