Epicenter was in Jalalkuduk district of Andijan region. Earthquake coordinates: 40.76 degrees north latitude; 72.72 degrees east longitude. Magnitude M = 4. Depth 15 km. The distance from the epicenter to Tashkent is 299 km in a south-easterly direction.
