Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- An additional 2,000 quotas for the purchase of housing will be allocated to young families. This was stated by the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
According to him, quotas will be allocated within the framework of the mortgage program. The head of Uzbekistan noted that 60 billion soums will be allocated from the budget for these purposes.
“Also, funds paid by young families to pay off a mortgage loan will be completely exempt from income tax,” the head of Uzbekistan said.
“For children from families included in the “notebooks”entering into marriage, a system of issuing loans worth up to 33 million soums without collateral for the construction of residential premises in the parental house will be introduced,” Mirziyoyev said.
"In addition, for each child from families included in the "iron notebook", a subsidy of 500,000 soums will be paid in August for the purchase of school supplies and school uniforms," he stressed.
