Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Abdulaziz Akkulov, appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the United Arab Emirates, presented his credentials to the President of the UAE, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

The solemn ceremony took place at the Qasr Al-Watan presidential palace in Abu Dhabi.

During the brief conversation, the President of the UAE stated that at the present stage, the Uzbek-Emirati relations are developing dynamically, enriched with new practical content. 

It was underlined that the Emirati side was ready to take measures to further expand and strengthen cooperation with Uzbekistan.
