Amanmuradova sensationally stuns world number two

World’s 114th tennis player Akgul Amanmuradova of Uzbekistan stunned top-seeded and defending champion Jelena Jankovic in third-round of the $2 million Western & Southern Financial Group Women's Open.
Serbia’s Jankovic, who is currently world number two, lost to Akgul Amanmuradova 7-6 (7-3), 6-4 in 1 hour, 22 minutes. Amanmuradova drilled 12 aces and did not face even one break-point chance on Day 4.
In the quarterfinal, Amanmuradova will face another Serbian Ana Ivanovic. As earlier reported, Amanmuradova defeated Bojana Jovanovski of Serbia.
