Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Regulations on the procedure for remuneration and material incentives for workers in the housing and communal services system have been amended accordingly.
In budgetary organizations of the housing and communal services system:
a) monthly allowances for individual initiative and highly qualified employees. Previously, their maximum size was 50% of the official salary. Now it depends on the results of the sectoral rating assessment of activities approved by the Minister of Housing and Communal Services:
who scored from 70 to 80 points - 50%;
those who scored from 80 to 90 points - 100%;
those who scored from 90 to 100 points - 200%;
b) monthly compensation for travel and meals - from 1 to 3 basic evaluated values.
The procedure for material incentives for inspectors for control in the field of operation of multi-apartment housing stock (no more than 10% of the amount of fines collected) is now equally applied to employees:
Inspectorate for control in the field of operation of multi-apartment housing stock;
Inspectorate for the control of drinking water use.
