Alliance Plus Co. shows interest in localizing production and training specialists in Uzbekistan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Currently, a delegation led by Akobir Tukhtaev, Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, is on a working visit to Pakistan.
During the visit, a meeting was held with the management of Alliance Plus Co., a company specializing in raw material processing for the leather industry and production of finished goods, in Karachi.
Alliance Plus Co. operates three modern leather factories with a total processing capacity of 10 million heads of sheep, goats, and cattle per year. All of the company’s products are export-oriented and supplied to leading markets in Europe and Asia, reflecting the high quality and efficient management of the company.
The negotiations focused on creating a joint venture for sheep leather processing in Uzbekistan, localizing production, technology transfer, training of local specialists, and implementing environmentally friendly production systems.
Alliance Plus Co. expressed strong interest in cooperation, taking into account Uzbekistan’s raw material potential and the growing demand for leather products.
This visit marks another important step in strengthening economic ties between Uzbekistan and Pakistan, creating new jobs, deepening agricultural product processing, and increasing export potential.
