ALFA GROUP places shares for 2bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
ALFA GROUP, an Uzbek-British joint venture in form of open joint stock company, registered new emission of shares for 2 billion soums.
The company is engaged in wholesale trade, renting real estate and cargo transportation. It will issue 2 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each.
According to company, it will place the shares within a year.
