Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Aleksey Khen has been appointed deputy city khokim for the introduction of information technologies - director of the Digital Development Department.

Alexey Khen was born in 1983 in Khorezm region. In 2005 he graduated from the Tashkent State Law Institute (now TSUL).

Until now, he worked as the first deputy director of the Digital Development Department limited liability company under the Tashkent khokimiyat.
