Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Akkermann Cement CA, which became the owner of 98.57% of the shares of Akhangarancement JSC, offers other shareholders to sell the shares.
The company is ready to purchase shares at a price of 391,993 soums per share.
Persons wishing to sell the shares of the plant at the above price must send their written consent by mail or deliver by courier until 4 March 2022 inclusive.
