Akgul Amanmuradova reaches second round in Sweden

Akgul Amanmuradova of Uzbekistan moved to the second round of WTA tournament in Sweden’s Bastad with the prize fund of US$220,000.
In the first round, Amanmuradova competed against Colombia’s Mariana Duque. The match lasted all three sets.
In the first set, the Uzbek player lost in tie-break - 6:7 (5:7), but she came back to claim the second round – 6:4.
In the final set, Amanmuradova did not allow Duque win any game to clinch victory in the match – 6:0.
