Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 14 April 2022, representatives of the Airbus delegation visited the Tashkent State Transport University. 

During the visit, the Executive Vice President of Airbus, President of Trade in the European Region Wouter Van Versh met with the rector of the Tashkent State Transport University Odil Abdurakhmonov. 

At the meeting, representatives of the Airbus company were provided with detailed information about the history of the university and its activities. It was noted that today Tashkent State University cooperates with more than 7 higher educational institutions of foreign countries in the field of aviation, establishing mutually beneficial international cooperation in the field of personnel training with such large manufacturing enterprises as Airbus is one of the important areas.

Odil Abdurakhmonov highly appreciated the visit of Airbus representatives to the university and expressed hope for further cooperation.

Also during the visit, representatives of the Airbus met with university students. During the meeting, Airbus Executive Vice President, European Regional Sales President Wouter Van Wersch made a presentation on the company’s activities.
