Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Starting from 17 November 2021, Uzbekistan has established temporary restrictions on the entry into the territory of the Republic of Belarus of transit passengers - citizens of Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Lebanon, Libya and Afghanistan through the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the sale of air tickets to them. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Transport.
“If resident airlines registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan find sold air tickets to transit passengers-citizens of these states, the money must be returned without a fine in the prescribed manner,” the department notes.
These restrictions do not apply to citizens of Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Lebanon, Libya and Afghanistan who have a diplomatic passport or a residence permit issued for permanent residence in the Republic of Belarus.
