Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution “On approval of certain administrative regulations for the provision of public services in the field of archival affairs and office work”.

In accordance with the resolution of the President “On improving the activities of the Agency “Uzarchiv” of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, administrative regulations were approved for the provision of the following public services:

issuance of an archive certificate confirming wages and work experience;

issuance of an archive certificate confirming studies at a higher and secondary specialized educational institution;

preparation of annotation information on the information contained in the Turkic, Arabian and Persian documents, created in the Arabic script;

digitalization (making electronic copies) of archival documents, books and manuscripts.

Agency "Uzarchiv" was instructed to submit to the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications a technical task for the introduction of electronic public services at the EPIGU.

The Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications, together with the Uzarchiv Agency and the Agency for State Services under the Ministry of Justice, was instructed to:

ensure the implementation of approved regulations for the provision of public services through the EPIGU;

establish the procedure for monitoring the consideration of applications at each stage of the provision of services through the EPIGU;

to ensure the introduction of a unified billing electronic system for recording state duties and fees for the provision of public services.
