Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - On the order of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 16 March, all educational institutions, including colleges, lyceums and higher educational institutions, received early vacations, classes were suspended. Given this, the Ministry of Transport takes all necessary measures to ensure timely transportation of students to their permanent place of residence.

In particular, 1,800 passengers were transported daily on 35 buses to 17 intercity bus routes, and today Uzavtotrans Service launched another 35 buses due to the rapid growth in passenger traffic. A total of 70 buses serve about 4000 passengers.

The Tashkent bus station operates around the clock in order to create additional benefits for passengers traveling to the regions of the country. Additional buses will be introduced from the Tashkent bus station, depending on the flow of passengers.
