Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan has approved official additional days off for 2022.
The President of Uzbekistan signed a decree "On the establishment of additional non-working days during the celebration of official dates and the transfer of days off in 2022."
According to the presidential decree, for all employees (regardless of the type of work week), following days will be days-off:
▪️3 January (Monday)
▪️22 March (Tuesday)
▪️ 23 March (Wednesday)
▪️11 July (Monday)
▪️ 2 September (Friday)
For employees with a 6-day work week:
▪️4 January (Tuesday)
▪️4 May (Wednesday)
▪️5 May (Thursday)
▪️12 July (Tuesday)
▪️3 September (Saturday)
▪️31 December (Saturday)
Also, weekends for employees with a 5-day work week were postponed in the following order:
▪️from 8 January (Saturday) to 4 January (Tuesday)
▪️ from 7 May (Saturday) to 4 May (Wednesday)
▪️ from 14 May (Saturday) to 5 May (Thursday)
▪️ from 16 July (Saturday) to 12 July (Tuesday)
