Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - A Government resolution “On measures to further develop the system for the provision of preschool educational services based on mobile groups” was adopted.
According to the resolution, from the 2021-2022 academic year in all regions of the republic (with the exception of the city of Tashkent), a system for the provision of preschool education services based on mobile groups will be introduced.
The resolution approved the Regulation on the procedure for organizing the activities of preschool educational mobile groups.
Mobile groups are created on the basis of special vehicles - buses that meet modern requirements and re-equipped in accordance with established standards.
The number of children in one mobile group must be at least 16, maximum 30 people.
Children are admitted to mobile groups on the basis of:
statements by the child’s legal representatives;
directions issued by district (city) departments of preschool education;
medical certificate of the child’s health.
The academic year in mobile groups begins annually on September 2 and ends on May 31 of the following year, and the summer recreation period - from June 1 to August 31.
The duration of classes in 1 shift should be up to 3 hours.
State preschool educational services in mobile groups are provided free of charge.
The working hours of mobile groups can be up to 3 shifts a day, up to 6 days a week.
Recall that in accordance with the Government decree of September 18, 2019, starting from the 2019-2020 academic year, mobile groups on ISUZU HC 40 buses, converted and meeting modern requirements, have been experimentally created in 13 relevant districts.
