Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – On 9 June 2022, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Vladimir Norov received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (with residence in Moscow) Dang Minh Khoi.

Accepting the credentials of the Ambassador, Vladimir Norov congratulated him on his appointment, wishing him successful work in a high and responsible position.

During the conversation, topical issues of the development of Uzbek-Vietnamese relations were considered. The readiness of the parties to further intensify ties in the political, trade and investment, cultural and humanitarian spheres was confirmed.

The parties noted the friendly and confidential nature of the meeting and expressed confidence that, through joint efforts, interaction will continue to develop for the benefit of the peoples of the two countries.
