Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – On 10 June 2022, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Vladimir Norov met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany Tilo Klinner. 

During the talks, the state and prospects of practical cooperation between Uzbekistan and Germany, the further continuation of regular political dialogue and contacts at the highest and high levels were discussed.

Particular attention is paid to the promotion of joint projects with leading German companies in the field of trade, investment, high technology, industry, agriculture and other sectors.

The German side positively assessed the intensification of ties with Uzbekistan observed in recent years in a wide range of areas of mutual interest.

There was also an exchange of views on the current regional and international agenda.

The readiness of the parties to further build up a constructive and trusting Uzbek-German dialogue was confirmed.
