About 63,500 new enterprises created in Uzbekistan in Jan-Aug

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to the State Statistics Committee, in January-August 2022, there were 63,542 newly created enterprises and organizations (excluding farms and dekhkan farms) in Uzbekistan.

The number of new enterprises, distributed by regions:

Tashkent city – 10,284

Samarkand region – 7,946

Kashkadarya region – 6,258

Fergana region – 5,921

Tashkent region – 4,681

Andijan region - 4,201

Namangan region – 3,634

Khorezm region - 3,941

Jizzakh region – 3,339

Surkhandarya region - 3,095

Bukhara region - 3,081
