About 55,000 new enterprises created in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to preliminary data from the Statistical Agency, in January-July 2023, 54,783 new enterprises and organizations were created (excluding farms and dekhkan farms), and they were distributed by region as follows:

Tashkent city - 10,004 units

Samarkand region - 5,201 units.

Ferghana region - 5,063 units.

Tashkent region - 4,341 units.

Kashkadarya region - 4,267 units.

Karakalpakstan - 4,208 units

Khorezm region - 3,787 units.

Bukhara region - 3,710 units.

Namangan region - 2,945 units.

Andijan region - 2,708 units.

Navoi region - 2,537 units.

Jizzakh region - 2,498 units.

Surkhandarya region - 2,107 units.

Syrdarya region - 1,047 units.
