Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- About 50 teenagers who were chanting slogans about joining the Ryodan PMC were detained in Tashkent.
According to the Tashkent police department, on 5 March, about 50 young people gathered near the building of the Palace of International Forums in Tashkent, who chanted various slogans about joining the Ryodan PMC subculture.
The internal affairs bodies received information that the organizers of this movement are destructive forces based outside the country, the purpose of which is to promote national, racial, ethnic and religious hatred, as well as riots, violence against citizens who do not share their ideas, the press noted. -Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan Shohruh Giyasov.
To prevent violations of public order, police officers conducted preventive measures and interviews with parents and participants in the incident.
The international youth movement called "Ryodan" initially consisted of several virtual communities on the Internet: they were dedicated to the love of Japanese animation art and did not pursue other goals than to unite teenagers by interests.
Children discuss their favorite art and choose similar clothes (checkered pants and t-shirts with a spider print on the back and the number 4). However, over time, a number of aggressive individuals appeared within the virtual movement, obviously pursuing goals to destabilize the situation in the city, controlling the unformed, manipulable worldview of adolescents, which then led to the emergence of a new offshoot of the movement - an aggressive group gaining more and more followers.
Children, succumbing to destructive slogans and influence from strangers on the network, begin to gather in public places and initiate mass fights and brawls.
