Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A Government resolution “On measures to further systematize the legislative framework” was adopted.
As a result of the systematization of legal acts by the “regulatory guillotine” method, 422 Government resolutions became invalid by the government decision.
90 percent of the documents (331) that have become invalid are integral decisions, and 10 percent (91) are separate paragraphs of the documents.
The grounds for the cancellation of these documents were:
- the presence of similar standards as in the documents adopted later;
- inconsistency of the norms with the norms of documents adopted later;
- loss of its relevance as a result of the cancellation of documents with the highest legal force, on the basis of which the decisions were adopted;
- recognition as invalid of other resolutions that have been amended and supplemented by resolutions;
- ensuring the execution of one-time, temporarily executable orders established in the resolutions.
