About 18,000 foreigners arrived in Uzbekistan for treatment

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In 9 months of 2021, a total of 1,135,621 foreign citizens arrived in the Republic of Uzbekistan for tourism purposes, the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan said.

Purposes of travel of foreign citizens who entered Uzbekistan:

visiting relatives - 954,438 people

travel – 106,628 people

service – 40,883 people

treatment – 17,981 people

commercial – 10,827 people

for training purposes – 4,864 people
