Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov has received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States to Uzbekistan Daniel Rosenblum.

The parties considered certain aspects of Uzbekistan – American cooperation and the schedule of the upcoming joint events. The sides also exchanged views on the current issues of international and regional politics, the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

The meeting was also attended by the newly appointed USAID Uzbekistan Mission Director Mikaela Meredith and Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Uzbekistan Paul Poletes.
