Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - On 2 December 2021, in Stockholm, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, Peter Sijarto.

Topical issues of bilateral relations, the implementation of previously reached agreements in the political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres, as well as the schedule of upcoming meetings, including within the framework of the Visegrad Group - Central Asia format, were considered.

An agreement was reached to hold in 2022 a number of joint events dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Uzbekistan and Hungary.
