Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 11 March, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov met with the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic Ivan Korčok, in Antalya.
The parties noted with satisfaction that in recent years, relations between Uzbekistan and Slovakia have been developing dynamically, being filled with new practical content. Mutual interest was expressed in intensifying the political dialogue both at the bilateral level and within the EU.
The schedule of the upcoming events, including the visit of the Slovak Foreign Minister to Uzbekistan, was considered.
It was noted that there are significant opportunities for increasing trade-economic, scientific-technological and cultural-humanitarian cooperation.
Uzbek-Slovakian talks took place as part of the participation of the delegation of Uzbekistan led by Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov in the Second Diplomacy Forum in Antalya, Turkey.
