Abdulaziz Kamilov attends FMs Meeting of Dialogue “Central Asia plus Japan”

Foreign Ministers of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Japan also attended the forum.

The parties discussed perspectives for promoting regional cooperation in trade and investment, including the implementation of projects in the fields of agriculture, transport infrastructure and logistics.

Ministers considered the issues of sustainable development, climate change, environmental protection and cultural and humanitarian cooperation.

Foreign Ministers of the Central Asian states and Japan also exchanged opinion on problems of ensuring regional security and cooperation at international arena.

The participants adopted a joint statement and road map on interaction in transport and logistics sphere.
