Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Aziz Abdukhakimov together with Deputy Minister of Sports Avaz Karimov, Vice President of the National Olympic Committee Oybek Kasimov, First Deputy Minister of Construction Sherzod Khidoyatov, First Deputy Khokim of Tashkent city Davron Khidoyatov and the director of the tourism department, Sanzhar Tadjiyev, examined the bike paths.

“Indeed, to date, a number of projects have been implemented in the capital to move the local population on foot or by bicycle, and now we need to carry out propaganda work and involve our people in mass sports. As part of a comprehensive study of bicycle and footpaths in Yunusabad district, we will identify the existing shortcomings of bicycle paths and take appropriate measures to eliminate the existing inconveniences. The main thing is to continue systematic work in this direction,” Aziz Abdukhakimov said.

It should be noted that on behalf of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, "Roads of Health" are being created not only on the central streets, but also in remote areas. Our compatriots and city guests can walk or ride a bicycle along them.

According to Aziz Abdukhakimov, representatives of the working group that examined the bike paths agreed to organize more bike rental points in convenient places on each street.
