Saidova, Deputy Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade O. Rustamov and Chairman of the Board of JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" M. Abdullayev paid a visit to the plant "Uzbekneftegaz GTL".

To date, the total volume of work performed is 97.4 percent, phased commissioning of the plant’s technological equipment is underway. Construction and installation work is underway in the technological zone at the construction site. The volume of construction and installation work is 95.7%.

At the moment, more than 6.5 thousand people are involved in the implementation of the project and 500 units are involved. specialist. technology. 1010 units were delivered to the construction site. of 1,045 items of equipment, of which 955 units. installed in the technological area.

During the working visit, the representatives of the delegations got acquainted with the activities of the central control panel of the plant and the central plant laboratory. In addition, during the visit, the officials got acquainted with the progress of the commissioning process at the technological zones of the plant. Also, at the construction site, the work carried out at the final stages of the construction of the GTL project was discussed.

In particular, to date, the main substation, the building of the control and measuring control system, the central control panel, the control building of the automation system, the water treatment plant, the production of demineralized water, the fire system, the flare system, the boiler plants and the water cooling plant, the purification system have been commissioned. water from oil, fuel gas acceptance has also begun. Completion of construction and installation works is planned by the end of this year.

On the part of the management of the GTL company, an overview presentation was made on the practical measures taken by the company on the localization of imported materials and equipment necessary for the production needs of the plant, as well as on the strengthening of cooperative relations with local producers of the republic.

It should be noted that within the framework of the construction of the plant, procurement of materials and equipment and services of domestic companies was carried out in the amount of more than US$360 million.

At present, the issue of creating a gas chemical cluster within the framework of the GTL plant is also being worked out, having established the production of goods with high added value, in particular on the basis of hydrocarbon fractions of the Uzbekistan GTL plant, it is planned to launch the production of such products as Hexen-1, Buten-1, LAB (Linear alkylbenzene), granular paraffin, manilin anhydride, etc.

Following the visit, it was instructed to pay special attention to the issues of localization and cooperation with local manufacturers of goods and services, as well as to the issues of in-depth study of promising highly liquid projects based on the GTL plant.
