A woman who sold hashish was detained in Ferghana

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 8 January, during an operational event by officers of police of Ferghana, on A.Kodiriy Street, citizen B.M. was detained red-handed while selling the drug "hashish" for 200,000 soums. This was reported by the press service of the Department of Internal Affairs of Ferghana region.

On this fact, a criminal case was initiated under part 2 of article 276 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, investigative actions are underway.

A person who has committed a crime specified in part 2 of article 276 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan may be punished with imprisonment for up to 5 years.
