Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A video conference was held at the Cinematography Agency with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. It was dedicated to the opening in Tashkent of a branch of the All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography. S. Gerasimova (VGIK).
The meeting was attended by Director General of the Cinematography Agency Firdavs Abdukhalikov, Deputy Chairman of the Public Council under the agency Botir Bazarbayev, Chief of Staff Eldar Yuldashev, Head of the Department of Regional Policy, Education and Project Management of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation Elena Bayramova, Chief Adviser of the Department Maria Sanina, Deputy Minister of Culture Russian Federation Olga Yarilova and others.
Within the framework of the videoconference, the parties discussed the issues of opening a branch of the institute, training personnel, creating directions for production and drama, strengthening the material and technical base, financing, developing pedagogical potential and methodological education.
The participants agreed to hold the necessary negotiations on a regular basis, open a branch at the Agency of Cinematography as soon as possible and speed up organizational processes.
