Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A five-magnitude G3 level magnetic storm is observed in Tashkent today. According to Uzhydromet specialists, the increased indicators will remain until noon, after which the storm will become more passive.

A magnetic storm occurs as a result of a solar flare, provoking a powerful release of protons and electrons into space, which, having a powerful charge, affect the Earth’s magnetic fields.
