Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  According to the Uzbek Agency for Hydrometeorology, significant deterioration in weather conditions is expected in Uzbekistan in the coming days. From December 20 to 22, a powerful cyclone will affect the country, bringing with it a wet and cold air mass.

Heavy precipitation in the form of rain and snow is anticipated. In mountainous and foothill areas, snowfalls may be intense.

Meteorologists warn of strong winds, reaching speeds of 13-18 meters per second. The temperature will drop significantly: at night, the thermometer will dip to -7 to -10°C, while during the day, it will not rise above 0 to -3°C.

There is a high likelihood of icy conditions on the roads. The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Uzbekistan advises residents to be cautious, avoid long trips, and keep an eye on weather forecasts.
