Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The British publishing house Brooklands New Media has prepared a special commemorative album-book dedicated to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev during his first presidential term.
The publication was prepared as part of a joint project of the Embassy of Uzbekistan and Brooklands New Media, Dunyo news agency reports.
Brooklands New Media is a specialist publisher that has been producing high-quality publications on government officials, multinational companies and global brands for 25 years. The publication, in particular, has already released albums dedicated to the activities and contributions of Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain, the head of the Catholic Church, Pope Francis, former US President Donald Trump and others.
The commemorative album on 143 pages reveals the large-scale transformations initiated by the Head of Uzbekistan, as well as implemented in 2017-2021. In addition, an overview of achievements and plans for further reforming the country and society is made.
Separately, it is noted that the continuation of the course of comprehensive reforms, reflected in the Action Strategy for 2017-2021, was enshrined in the updated Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022-2026. It is emphasized that the document was adopted after the convincing victory of Shavkat Mirziyoyev in the presidential elections of 2021, which became an indicator of the success of the reformist policy of the Head of Uzbekistan and the confidence of the country’s population in their future under his leadership.
The book consists of 13 sections devoted to the practical achievements of Uzbekistan under the leadership of the President in such key areas as economic transformation, trade and investment, public administration reforms, international relations, development of the energy, agriculture, infrastructure, health and social sectors, ensuring the rights of workers, open society and sustainable development, strengthening defense capabilities and security.
The circulation of the album was 10 thousand copies, which, first of all, will be distributed among the partners of the publishing house from among large international business and financial corporations (American Airlines, American Express, BAE Systems, BMW, British Petroleum, British Airways, Chevron, China Construction Bank, Deutsche Bank, DHL, General Motors, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Huawei, IBM, JP Morgan, KPMG, Samsung and others).
