This was reported by the Cybersecurity Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan.

As a result of operational and technical measures carried out by employees of the Cybersecurity Center of the Department of Operative-Investigative Cooperation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, it was established that this crime was committed by S.A., born in 1997. Other crimes by S.A. are currently being investigated.
