Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A regular meeting of the working groups of the Joint Uzbek-Tajik Demarcation Commission took place in Dushanbe.
During the meeting, which was held from 23 to 30 January, issues of passing the project demarcation line of the Uzbek-Tajik state border, as well as the technological process of creating demarcation maps were discussed.
As part of the negotiations, field surveys of individual sections of the Uzbek-Tajik and state borders were also carried out.
As a result of the event, the relevant Protocol was signed. The next meeting will take place on the territory of Uzbekistan.
