Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A regular meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking States, dedicated to Afghan issues, has begun in Istanbul.
The event is attended by a delegation of the Republic of Uzbekistan headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulaziz Kamilov.
