Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan is preparing to launch a new micro-hydroelectric power plant with a capacity of 120 kW in Jalalkuduk district of Andijan region.
As a result of the launch of this micro-hydroelectric power station, 600 households will be provided with ecologically clean electricity.
The station is equipped with 4 hydraulic units with a capacity of 30 kW each, which will generate 1 million 52 thousand kilowatt-hours of electricity per year.
Currently, installation work on the pipeline, finishing and commissioning works are ongoing.
