Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Ministry of higher and secondary specialized education hosted a meeting with a Malaysian delegation led by the founder and president of the Management and Science University (MSU), prof. Mohd Shukri.

The delegation was received by the First Deputy Minister Komiljon Karimov. The parties have discussed crucial issues related to promising areas of partnership between the two countries in the field of higher education. The First Deputy Minister K. Karimov put a special emphasis on the reforms carried out in the country over the past 5 years.

In turn, prof. Mohd Shukri, who is a proponent of high quality in education, focused on academic and scientific cooperation, including mobility of university students and staff, academic exchange, the prospects of opening of the MSU branch in Uzbekistan.

The MSU is ranked 551st in the QS World University Rankings 2021 and 139th in the ranking among Asian universities.
