Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 31 May 2022, Deputy Khokim of Tashkent - Head of Investment and Foreign Trade Department Sharof Rakhmanov met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Austria to Uzbekistan Alois Kraut. 

Deputy Khokim introduced the guests to the transformations taking place in the capital, spoke about the priority tasks for the development of the city and thanked the Ambassador for organizing the visit of a solid delegation of representatives of leading Austrian companies. 

In response, the Ambassador thanked for the warm welcome and introduced the members of the delegation, including equipment manufacturers and service providers. The parties, noting the high potential for the development of partnerships, discussed issues in a number of promising areas.

At the end of the meeting, representatives of the khokimiyat of the capital and the guests, having outlined the priority areas of cooperation, expressed their readiness to continue the dialogue.
