Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - A meeting with the director general of the Italian company SI.SE was held in the capital’s khokimiyat.

The meeting was attended by the deputy khokim of the city of Tashkent E. Shukurov, the head of the department for tourism development of the city of Tashkent S. Tadjiev, the head of the Transport Department of the city of Tashkent A. Juraev, representatives of SI.SE, the president of the Italian-Uzbek Chamber of Commerce L. Iperti and others.

The sides discussed the introduction of road signs used to regulate traffic that meet international standards.

It is worth noting that SI.SE has more than 40 years of experience in studying, manufacturing and putting into practice traffic control signs and has been cooperating with European countries in this direction for 25 years. Representatives of the company, based on their experience, came up with their proposal for regulating the roads of our capital.

Representatives of the khokimiyat expressed gratitude for this proposal. The parties discussed the issue of test implementation of these road signs in certain areas of the capital.
