Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 26 April 2022, Deputy Khokim of Tashkent - Head of Investment and Foreign Trade Department Sharof Rakhmanov met with a delegation from Volgograd Region of the Russian Federation led by Deputy Director of the Export Support Center of the Volgograd Region Alena Shalavina.

The guests noted the excellent level of organization of the International Industrial Exhibition INNOPROM. Central Asia, where their companies are presented at the stand of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. A representative of each organization briefly spoke about their products and the stages of the planned entry into the Uzbek market.

Among the proposals voiced by partners from Volgograd:

• 3D printers for creating complex parts (membranes, housings) from polymers, plastics, carbide elements and metals.

• Thermal and waterproofing for construction and petrochemical industries.

• Decorative plaster for interiors.

• Medicinal herbs for aromatherapy and perfumery.

• Solutions for cybersecurity and information protection of financial and industrial organizations.

• Composite products for aggressive environments, pipes and fittings.

The guests expressed their interest in cooperation with Uzbekistan. They intend to study the market, assess demand and, based on the data obtained, implement a localization project to launch the production of their products in our country.

Sharof Rakhmanov carefully studied the problems and wishes of the guests, ordered to connect them with potential partners and assist in solving organizational issues.
