Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 28 February 2022, the Representative for the CIS and Baltic countries of the Ministry of Public Security of the State of Israel, Paul Timkovsky, visited the Republic of Uzbekistan to participate in negotiations with relevant representatives of departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

During the negotiations, the parties discussed a number of issues, in particular, the expansion of cooperation between Uzbekistan and the State of Israel in the law enforcement sphere, as well as the development of the necessary interdepartmental documents in this area and the current status and future prospects for the activities of the competent authorities of Uzbekistan and Israel.

Following the talks, the parties came to a common opinion on the development and expansion of cooperation in the law enforcement sphere between the competent authorities of Uzbekistan and the Israeli Police.
