Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 4 February 2022, a meeting was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan (CCI) between the Chairman of the CCI Adham Ikramov and the Chairman of the Uzbek-Turkish Business Council O. Ozguven, as well as members of the Business Council, such as the Chairman of JSC "Akay İnşaat" E. Olgun, General Manager in Uzbekistan "Ziraat Bank Uzbekistan" C. Canpolat, Director of LLC "Me-Ka Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti” E.Celik and Regional Director of Eurasia, (DEIK) N.Eshki, Coordinator of the Turkish-Uzbek Business Council (DEIK) L.Ozsarach.

The Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan paid special attention to the fact that the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan closely cooperates with the Council for Foreign Economic Relations of Turkey (DEIK), the Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB), the Association of Independent Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

Speaking, the Chairman of the Uzbek-Turkish Business Council O. Ozguven focused on the partnership between Uzbekistan and Turkey, centuries-old fraternal ties between peoples and growing cooperation in various fields.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of cooperation between the business circles of the two countries, as well as issues of development and expansion of bilateral trade, economic and investment cooperation in the current year.
