Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - As part of the program of the 46th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the IDB, a meeting of the Procedural Committee, an internal body of the Bank, was held, the functions of which are to consider and adopt resolutions on key issues on the agenda of the Annual Meeting.

During the meeting, the reports on the operational and financial activities of the IDB for 2020 were considered, reports on accounts were approved, external auditors were appointed for the IDB, the Waqf Fund, the AWQAF Real Estate Investment Fund, the Waqf World Fund and the Science Transformation Fund, technologies and innovations for the next reporting period, elections of the Chairman and two of his deputies for the period 2021-2022 were held, as well as the composition of the Procedural Committee for the 47th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors in 2022 was determined.
