Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - On the basis of Farg’onaazot, a joint venture SYNTTEX was established together with a foreign investor SINTTEKS RUS of Russian Federation. This was reported by the press service of Farg’onaazot.

Development of project documentation is carried out jointly with design institutes for the purpose of further implementation. The preliminary cost of the project is 90 million US dollars. The joint venture is aimed at resuming the production of Polyamide-6, creating a new type of product, such as: polyamide, anide, polyester fibers and polyester staple fibers, meeting the needs of manufacturers of car tires and conveyor belts in cord and technical fabrics, as well as textile enterprises of the Association Uztekstilprom. An increase in localized products in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the creation of new jobs in the amount of at least 450 people.

In addition, manufacturers of car tires and rubber products, such as:

- Angren plant for the production of automobile tires and conveyor belts - Republic of Uzbekistan. (Birinchi rezinotexnika zavodi);

- Textile enterprises of the Association "Uztekstilprom";

- Belshina OJSC - Republic of Belarus;

- “Berdyansk plant of rubber products” - Ukraine;

- JSC PA Altai Tire Plant - Russian Federation;

- Cordiant JSC - Russian Federation.

The production uses modern, automated and energy-saving equipment from European manufacturers, such as: Benninger, Oerlikon Barmag, Trushler, Dornier, Polimetrix and Dietze + schell and other European manufacturers.
