A handbook for judges on economic affairs was published

The book was prepared within the joint project of the Supreme Court, USAID and UNDP “Rule of Law partnership in Uzbekistan”.

The book included about 400 samples of all judicial documents on economic disputes (judicial definition, court order, judicial decision, judicial decision and others).

It was emphasized that this publication is intended to become a reference book for judges, candidates for the position of judge and employees of economic courts, and also be used as a textbook for students of law faculties. Within the framework of the presentation, the authors answered all questions of interest to the participants.
