Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Aeroflot airline’s aircraft AFL233 flying from en route Delhi to Moscow made an emergency landing in Tashkent. It landed at 09:30 local time at Tashkent airport.

The reason for landing was a citizen of India who had an attack of appendicitis. The crew decided to go to the alternate airport due to the worsening state of health of the passenger.

After landing at the aerodrome, the passenger was picked up by an ambulance and admitted to a medical facility for specialist treatment.
