A fire safety passport of the facility developed in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Fire Safety Rules were approved by the Government resolution.

According to the Fire Safety Rules (Rules), a fire-technical commission should be formed at large social and cultural facilities of emergency state importance, and a fire safety passport of the facility should be developed.

Fire breaks between buildings and structures are not allowed to be used for storage of materials, equipment and containers, for parking vehicles and construction (installation) of buildings and structures.

Institutions with a capacity of 1000 people or more must be provided with direct telephone communication with the nearest fire and rescue unit.

These rules do not establish fire safety requirements:

• on the territories of forestry;

• at facilities for the extraction of minerals and mines;

• during the production, transportation, storage, use and disposal of explosives;

• in organizations carrying out blasting operations using explosives intended for industry;

• by air, water, rail, road, as well as electric transport.
